One semi-structured classroom was constructed through the support of PCAP development partners at Ngoile (Oltepesi). The class and preschool are named Nadupoi Preschool by the local community, Nadupoi literary means something that brings hope and prosperity.
PCAP also strived to initiate preschools in every sub-village where currently there is mushrooming of preschools despite the challenge of lacking good facilities for both learning and teaching (Lack of structured classes, unequipped teachers where most of them are standard 7 leavers) and so they need training and equipment for children learning and facilitation.
